酵母GABA在与自我分解酵母溶解物中萃取的短乳杆菌BJ20的发酵过程中制成。此产品的GABA（γ-氨基丁酸）含量为5%，支持多种人体生理功能。主要对乙酰胆碱酯酶,抑制脯胺酰内肽酶，β-分泌酶具有抑制活性，具有卓越的生理功能。
